Using the platform

• Use your own account and keep your login details secure.
• Do not submit false player, team, fixture, score, registration, or transfer information.
• Do not abuse messages, fixture chats, market listings, forms, uploads, or admin tools.
• Do not attempt to bypass permissions, impersonate another person, scrape private areas, or interfere with the site.

Players and captains

• Players are responsible for keeping their profile, platform, gamertag, and market information accurate.
• Captains are responsible for their team listing, roster requests, transfer requests, stream links, and score submissions.
• Some changes require admin approval before they take effect.
• Admins may correct, reject, revoke, or merge records where needed to protect league integrity.

Competition records

Fixtures, standings, scores, stats, team history, and league records may be treated as official platform records once confirmed or imported. Admins may adjust records to fix clear mistakes, duplicate data, merge issues, or competition disputes.

Messages and conduct

• Messages and fixture chats are for league, team, market, and fixture communication.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, scams, or abusive behavior can lead to moderation action.
• Messages are temporary and may be deleted automatically after 7 days or when message caps are reached.

Availability

SAPL is provided as a live community platform. Features may change, be paused, or be corrected as the league grows. The platform may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting incidents, or data repair work.
