These terms keep the SAPL platform fair, safe, and usable for players, captains, teams, admins, and visitors.
Who provides the service
The organizer for SAPL manages its competitions, entries, eligibility, rules, schedules, decisions, prices, and participant support.
EaziLeagues provides the software platform used by the organizer. EaziLeagues does not replace the organizer as the operator of its competitions.
Competition-specific rules, event details, refund policies, and administrator decisions form part of these terms where they are published for an entry or competition.
Accounts and eligibility
Use your own account, provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and promptly correct information that changes.
Do not impersonate another person, create misleading duplicate accounts, or submit another person's details without their permission.
If you register a guest, partner, pair, or team member, you confirm that you have permission to provide their details and make the relevant entry on their behalf.
The organizer may verify eligibility, request supporting information, approve or reject an entry, or correct and merge duplicate records.
Competition records and conduct
Follow the published rules and administrator decisions and submit accurate entries, rosters, fixtures, scores, statistics, messages, and supporting evidence.
Confirmed or imported fixtures, results, standings, statistics, and competition history may be treated as official records.
Administrators may correct mistakes, resolve disputes, reverse invalid actions, lock records, or apply competition sanctions where permitted by the published rules.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, fraud, spam, scams, unauthorized access, abusive uploads, or interference with the service may lead to restriction or removal.
Paid registrations
Where an entry has a fee, the page should show the price, currency, payment deadline, payment unit, and any organizer refund policy before checkout.
Payments are processed through Paystack's hosted checkout. A provider confirmation is required before EaziLeagues records a payment as successful.
Successful payment does not guarantee final acceptance where the event requires eligibility checks or administrator approval.
A pending reservation may expire if payment is not completed by the displayed deadline, allowing the organizer to release the place.
You are responsible for checking the payer details, amount, entry, and participant information before completing payment.
Cancellations and refunds
Withdrawing or cancelling an entry does not automatically create a right to a refund. The organizer's published refund policy and applicable law determine eligibility.
The organizer is responsible for competition delivery, participant support, cancellation decisions, and refund instructions for its entries.
A refund may be full or partial and can remain pending while Paystack and the payer's bank process it. Provider and bank processing times are outside EaziLeagues' direct control.
The platform updates an order after Paystack confirms the refund. Contact the organizer if the platform record and your bank statement do not agree after the stated processing period.
Availability and changes
Features may be updated, paused, limited, or removed for maintenance, security, legal, provider, plan, or operational reasons.
The organizer may update competition details and policies prospectively. Material changes should be communicated where they affect an existing paid entry.
Historical records may remain available after a competition ends, subject to privacy, retention, correction, and deletion obligations.

Use the organizer's published contact details for questions about eligibility, competition delivery, cancellations, or refunds.
Use EaziLeagues support for platform faults or security concerns.
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
