Essential cookies
- Session cookies keep you signed in and allow the platform to apply the correct tenant, account, role, and permissions.
- Security cookies or tokens support login, verification, password reset, multi-factor authentication, and protected administrator workflows.
- Locale cookies remember your selected language, and short-lived support or impersonation cookies may be used by authorized operators for audited support sessions.
Browser storage
- Local or session storage may remember preferences, filters, drafts, and recently loaded data so navigation is faster and unfinished work is not lost.
- Cached data is limited to the browser and feature that created it and may be refreshed or invalidated when records change.
- Clearing browser cookies or storage may sign you out, remove saved preferences, or discard an unfinished draft.
Payments and external services
When you continue to Paystack or another enabled external service, that provider may set its own cookies or browser storage under its own policy. SAPL does not control cookies set on a provider's hosted pages.
Analytics and advertising
- SAPL does not require advertising cookies to provide the service and does not use essential cookies to sell personal information.
- If optional analytics or advertising is enabled later, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated first.
Your control
You can remove or block cookies in your browser settings, but authentication, security, payments, saved preferences, and other logged-in features may stop working correctly.
